One of the key criteria we look for in our homeownership program applicants is financial readiness. For many, this can be the most challenging obstacle in becoming a homeowner in our program or on the traditional market.
We’ve teamed up with Dominion Financial to create a financial education program!
Classes begin:
Classes will be held once a month from 6:00-7:00 PM over Zoom and will focus on various topics related to credit, debt reduction, and money management.
This is a free program open to the public!
Completion of the Get Ready Program is required to apply for the Homeownership Program.
